Payment is due at time of service. A superbill can be provided, if requested.

Assistance submitting Superbills to insurance can be provided for a fee.

Want to use out-of-network benefits?

Patients wanting to use out-of network insurance benefits will pay at time of service, and as a courtesy are provided a Superbill.

A Superbill is a special bill on the HCFA 1500 form rather than a normal invoice to submit for reimbursement.

Reimbursement checks are sent to the patient by your insurance.

The superbill is uploaded to your patient portal under "Documents" as well as sent in a message through the portal.
